Rolling Prairie is a cooperative produce subscription service. We are coop of six growers. The majority of our produce is certified organic, but a couple of our growers have political issues with the national standards, so their produce is grown naturally. We will occasionally offer our customers quality conventional produce grown by a neighbor (ex. IPM apples).

As a coop we grow in four counties in Eastern Kansas. This has several advantages for ourselves and our customers. We and our farms all have special strengths that allow us to provide our customers with a wide range of produce from arugula to mushrooms to zucchini. Our geographical spread insures that local weather events do not interrupt our production and delivery of produce. We are also able to deliver our produce to four different pick up sites: two in Lawrence and two in Kansas City
