Eating lots of vegetables seems to be one of the dietary suggestions that most everyone can agree upon. So let’s dive in and learn different techniques for eating these nutrient-rich, low calorie foods. No fancy recipes tonight, instead we’ll blanch broccoli, grate raw beets, sauté greens and roast sweet potatoes. Then we’ll use them in a variety of ways to create simple, practical, tasty vegetable dishes to enjoy everyday. Pre-registration is required.
