The Plant Based Diet

Michael Pollan's seven word description of a healthy diet says it so simply: "Eat food, mostly plants, not too much." Whether you follow a strictly vegetarian diet or enjoy some meat, all of us can benefit by eating an ever widening assortment of plant foods-whole grains, fruits and vegetables, beans, nuts and seeds. Spend an evening learning practical ways to add these nutrient dense foods to your daily diet.
