Dr. Hernandez's lecture focuses on the first campaign of Gonzalo Fernández de Córdoba (b. 1453-d. 1515) who is considered the father of trench warfare and the first to use the tercio formation in combat. Please arrive 15 minutes early and bring picture identification (driver's license, passport) to get on post.
