Join pastry chef Nora Kasuhube of Four and Twenty Blackbirds for a fabulous afternoon of tart tending. You will learn to make Sable Dough. Chocolate Ganache, and Pastry Cream. Nora will demonstrate and then you will have the opportunity to try your hand at it. Everyone will make tarts to enjoy in class and to take home to impress your family and friends. Please let us know when you sign up if you can bring a rolling pin (any kind) with you the day of the class.
