Join Downtown merchants for the fifth annual Fall Bazaar. This open-air market will feature new Fall merchandise displayed outside where shoppers can enjoy the crisp Fall weather. The event will also feature street performances by the Vodvil Klown, balloon animals by The Balloon Man, a pen full of puppies and other adoptable dogs from the Lawrence Humane Society and Halloween Crafts for kids.
